Haven’t found any dealer that will work with this product, so going on 2 Christmases of it just sitting at the back of the Junk Drawer. Wasted my money.

I ordered this fob for a friend. The problem is the fob locks her car but doesn’t unlock. And once my friend contacted the company directly they weren’t helpful at all. They said they need proof of purchase - what? Like literally having your key fob isn’t good enough? Meanwhile I am waiting on a reply from the company, will update.

I almost refunded this item. The plastic is cheap and it took me forever to get it to program. Make sure foors are unlocked BEFORE starting. Following the instructions (watch a video, even), it WILL finally set the locks off and once it does, I pressed the lock button twice, then unlock, turned the car off, and it worked. Like I said, I almost returned the item because I thought it was fake or something. It just takes several tries.

Could not get them to work, asked for refund couldn't even print of return label...could they possibly mail me a return label...

4 stars because I was unable to program the remotes after 40+ attempts and over two hours of trying. I followed the instructions to a tee, and then watched 6-7 other youtube videos showing you how and nothing worked. Then as a last ditch hope I had my wife go down to the Honda dealer to check with them and see how much they would charge, while the car was getting serviced for something else, and by dumb luck she mentioned to one of the valets boys that she needed her door remotes programmed and he said "oh let me give it a try", and in less than 60 seconds he'd programmed both remotes and my wife didn't get charged. So they work but clearly something was missing from the instructions.

These replacement key fobs have been activated and are working perfectly. Easy to program at home with the included instructions. Very pleased with the cost and the product! Much less expensive than going to the dealer!
