Needed different coloured displays for a project, very happy to find a set of 5 different colours for a similar price to kits of all one colour. All displays worked well, no flicker (hint: don't run a clear() before every showNumber()).I find the blue is much brighter than the other colours, on the lowest brightness it is comparable to the others at half brightness. Was hoping to use the decimal points, but it seems these are not actually populated on the 7 segment module. If anyone here got them working, do let me know, but the usual Arduino library TM1637Display.h only shows the colon when using bitmask 0b01000000, and no other bitmask has worked to enable the DPs. Not a show stopper for my project, but was planning to use the decimals.

3 stopped working in a month. Nothing that the seller can be responsible for, they just sell the same dropshipped stuff... it's just cheap.these displays have the column " : "no dot, even though you see it on the plastic

Mostly as advertised. The TM1637.h library listed here (and printed on the back of the board) didn't work for my CH341 knockoff arduino nanos, but the library called "arduino-tm1637" on github by "bremme" worked perfectly.

I just got these after about 2 weeks (China pkg), which was quicker than estimated. 5 displays, all one color (I ordered blue) they are the typical 1/2" high 7 segment displays. I fired one up on my Arduino Uno and it worked fine, had a nice pleasant blue color. For the price these are a good deal.

These displays look great. My biggest complaint is that the boards come with color selections screen printed on the back of the boards but none of them were checked off. In my project, the color matters and I needed to order 3 sets. Connecting 15 boards to check their colors was a waste of my time. But I did notice that the 7 segment display components had part numbers on them that tattled on what colors they were. I show what I'm talking about in the attached picture but will detail that here. For my displays, the number is printed on the bottom of the 4 digit 7 segment part. The part number is formatted like so: ####BG for GREEN, ####BS-1 for RED, ####BY for YELLOW, ####BB for BLUE, and ####BW for WHITE. Now keep in mind that since this is a subcomponent of the overall display, this formatting may change over time or if these particular parts get changed out for one from a different supplier. I should also note for completeness in my experience, I noticed that some of these parts had extra numbers following the letters identifying the colors of the display but these extra digits didn't seem to show an affect of color tones between the units with the extra digits and without.I should also note that these are for time displays so the decimal points aren't active, only the : time separator. I'm using these in ESPhome, so when formatting the print statement in yaml, I had to use the . (period) as a time separator for the display to show HH:MM format. These came with no connections soldered to the boards and I loved that. They came with a set of 8 angled header pins in the package. I plan on using these eventually with other projects but it's nice they were included if you needed to use them.

Haven’t tested it yet, but it looks good. One star off because the photos showed the header pins already soldered.

I bought 10 of these and I couldn't get any of them to work for more than a few minutes at a time.
