My son will only wear soccer uniforms year round. Living in Alberta, this is not ideal. These compression pants are warm, I would say even better than name brands! My son is 9 and very skinny and small and I originally bought a small but ordered more in medium which is overall a better fit. Can’t go wrong for the price!

My son is 8 with an athletic build at 75lbs and we just recieved the size medium (size 10-11) the ankles were too tight to even get them on to know if they would fit in the waist. I’m tempted to cut the ankles slightly and see if he can fit them of if I need to order the Large instead

These compression pants are great for my nephew during his soccer matches in the winter but they are thicker in material. These are form fitting but they are slightly harder to move around in due to the thicker thermal material. Regardless, they do not rub the skin or ride up. The long leggings keeps your legs from chafing which is great when he has to do jogging. It does not shrink or lose tension in the machine wash. Like with any new clothing, the one thing I will say is to wash all of them before trying them on. The material did not require much getting used to but again it is tight fitting. The material has held up pretty well even after going through the wash and dry. Unfortunately the waist bands get all wrinkled from the wash but it does not lose tension from what I can tell. It fits very well and does not feel constricting to the point where he cannot move. He is actually able to move pretty well with these on. My nephew use them in during soccer games and practice. They do absorb sweat and can stick to my skin which makes them harder to take off. Also when running it does not ride up and then exposes my skin to chafe each other during runs. They are also very warm so it is perfect for soccer games as he can still wear his shorts and stay warm. These do have pockets but it looks awkward to have anything in them. Overall these compression pants but they are bit thicker in material making them slightly harder to move around in. It does fit as expected and are very comfortable for my nephew. It keeps him warm and allows him to have good mobility without chafing.

We are still loving these!!These leggings are very nice, and they fit perfect. I have bought my grandson a lot of leggings over the years and all from big name brand companies and paid 40-45 dollars a pair. I was very surprised at the quality of these leggings. I can tell you this, I will be purchasing more of these leggings for my grandson. They are so warm and soft. The pockets are very nice to have also. I might add that the name brand for children, do not have pockets. These are priced just right for my budget.I highly recommend these leggings.

I was surprised that these are labeled as compression pants. They have very little compression to them. They run small - I would size up 2 sizes. These got a hole in the knee after one slip on the basketball court. It was disappointing. They didn't wash that great, as they had small grass stains that did not come out. I was too afraid they would shrink and get even smaller so I hung to dry. The waistband is pretty thick, but not soft at all at the top edge. so it diggs in a little.

We bought this product for my 11 year-old son for football. It fit as expected based on the size chart. He tried them out and after the first practice he said they were kind of itchy, and I do notice the seams are a bit rough. But if that isn’t an issue for you, these are durable and seem to be a sturdy material and would work well for sports. I do like the pocket feature.
