I love these gel insoles! I have several pairs and use them in a variety of different hsoe types. Because they are made narrow enough to fit in heels, they will fit in basically anything. They’re easy to transfer if you don’t take the backing off so it is not adhered to the shoe. They give a good amount of support for a small insert. And, the slightly squishy consistency provides some comfortable padding without being bulky. I highly recommend these for people who have high arches, sensitive metatarsals, or just sore feet.

these are really comfortable and fit my shoes decently. i had to adjust several times because they are a little bit smaller than my shoes but they really help keep the weight off the front of the foot!

I put them in my platform heels but they ended up actually hurting my feet more than just wearing my platforms without them.

Ces semelles m’ont permis de porter mes chaussures pour ma soirée. Sans les semelles, mon pied glissait dans mes escarpins. Seulement, au bout de quelques heures , elles se décollent. Il faut donc les replacer. Je ne sais pas combien de fois je pourrais les recoller à la bonne place, avant qu’elle n’adhèrent plus.
