Quick Start Guide

Oiling

Lubricate the Stapler

Put 3-5 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the fitting before use. Reconnect the air hose and the stapler and proceed to pull the trigger at least five times to spread the oil through the parts of the gun. Add a few drops more after each hour of continual use.

TIP ●Only use lubricating oil made specifically for pneumatic tools, such as pneumatic tool oil. Keep the WD40, compressor oil, motor oil, transmission fluid, etc. out of your air staplers.

Air Power

Connect to Compressor

Set your compressor to 90 PSI and use your air hose's quick-connect fitting to connect your tool. If you need to, you can safely increase the pressure up to 110 PSI.

TIPS ●Staple guns, as a general rule, don’t need a lot in the way of air volume or CFM, and even smaller portable air compressors can get by with their smaller tanks as long as it’s just one staple gun. ●To get the best performance, requires minimum 3/4 hp or 3 gallons Compressor.

Loading

Loading Staple Gun

With the stapler upside down, squeeze the release button at the rear and slide open the magazine. Insert the staple strip with the sharp edge pointing towards the nose of the gun and carefully slide the magazine closed until it locks into position.

TIP ●To ensure that you’ve properly loaded the staples; you should use a piece of wood to testing. After pulling the trigger, check out if there’s one clean staple on the wood–if there is, everything is working correctly.

Stapling

Stapling Like a Pro

This gun have a dual trigger actuation system. The secondary trigger must be pulled in order to pull the primary trigger. Load the gun with staples, and connect the gun to an air supply. Press the nose of the tool against the work piece, pull the dual triggers to drive a staple.

TIPS ●Each time the primary trigger is pulled, the tool will drive a staple. ●You can increase or decrease the outlet pressure to control how deep the staple gun drives the staples.

My kitchen chairs upholstering job was completed quickly with this staple gun. Thee gun drove staples without a problem. The only issue was the design of the trigger's safety latch, it was not user friendly and clumsy to use.

Took me awhile to figure out what was wrong. The bar that retracts to push the next staple forward never returned far enough by itself to push the next staple. In order to complete my job which I had to complete that very day it arrived, I had to push the bar back far enough with a screwdriver.I had to do this each time I stapled. I had to open the staple holding section each time as well.Truly a Pc of crap. I did get my job done, but it took an extra two hours and I cut my hand twice and threw it away.Wonder if these staples fit anything else in the stapler world? I kept them.

This is a cheap, garbage product that failed to work out of the box. I never even had the chance to drive one staple with it. Pressing the trigger just causes error to leak out where the staple should be discharged. The driver pin seems to be seized or the internal air seals are leaking. Unfortunately I didn't discover this until my return window closed. Lesson learned. Folks, don't buy this. Spend a few bucks more and get the Arrow or another well engineered product.

Jams constantly, particularly if the staple strip is getting low or has a break in it. I should have tested it out as soon as I received it so I could have returned it. I am replacing it with a WEN.
