They fit and work but they do not get the water as hot on the same setting 125 as the old ones.

Had these water heater elements and thermostats installed about 3 weeks ago. Didn't seem to make much of a difference. Tanks were verified to not have buildup in them. Found the upper thermostat tripped. Reset, worked for two days, tripped again. Had to throw these away and buy new. And since it was "over 30 days" I get zero options from amazon. Waste of $50
