All of these that I bought are very inaccurate ; the pointer is set to a temp but the room heat wont be regulated to that temp. I swear they were take-offs of some HVAC shop, Home D. has good ones

Product worked good for what I had purchased it for. I have bathroom fan/light/heat exhaust fans in the bathrooms of my apartment project. The thermostats needed replacing and these did the job.

It works to control the temp. However, if the temp is set to 60, the real temp in the room is 74.
