Unlike some of the other reviews, my chimes arrived packed well and all in one piece. The stand works well. Everything with this product functions as expected. The only reason I did not give this set of chimes a full 5 stars is because they do not create the particular sound I want. It could be because I previously owned a more expensive set of TreeWorks. The difference in metal has an affect on sound. I don't want to say that this product is more of a novelty, but they definitely aren't TreeWorks bar chimes. They are not terrible, but at the same time, they are not the best. I suppose it depends on what sound you are looking for.

I bought this with gift card money from my students and it was my favorite purchase of the year. My students love it too. As a special treat, I pull it out and let them use it as they exit the room. It's like sprinkling a little magic.
