Nothing to dislike; the price is reasonable and they have a nice, full-bodied and clear sound (and I'm playing a small Neapolitan mandolin). I would buy these again.

If you have a bowl back or classical or Neapolitan mandolin it is important you use very light strings. These are hard to get in Australia it seems but if you’ve got a classical mandolin these are the most accessible. They are of high quality.

I have a Kentucky km-154. While I love the mandolin (I'm a beginner), it did sound just a little tinny to me. I was longing for a mellower sounding mandolin, when my wife suggested a new set of strings. I tried another set, that did not make much difference. As a last ditch effort, I tried these, as something different than the 'phosphor bronze' strings I had used. Bingo! These are just enough mellower to really make my Kentucky sound sweet! I'm very happy with these strings for my needs.
