Adjustable Depth of Cut
Adjusting your depth of cut allows you to plunge cuts with the most minimal of efforts. The incremental gauge measurements make sure you get the exact depth of cut you need for a precision cut.
On Board Chip Collector
For a cleaner workspace when cutting metal, the high capacity onboard chip collector deflects and stores the metal debris, drastically reducing your clean up time.
Advanced Overload Protection
If the saw is put under excessive load, e.g the blade is dull, the LED light will illuminate red.
Parallel Edge Guide
To ensure an accurate, straight cut, the S210CCS includes a heavy duty parallel edge guide.

Another fantastic product. I have cut 1/4 inch with ease, be sure to set your depth so your teeth on the blade stick out completely. If the teeth don’t stick out past the bottom of the material it will cut like crap and won’t clean out. My second go to tool. First one is the evolution metal miter box.

I used the 7.25 version for a couple years, but finally burned it up. Im not blaming it at all, i cut a ton with it, including 1.25" solid steel plate. I finally ordered the 8.25, and was real happy with it. The new chip shield/ collector reduced the amount of chips that hit you by a lot, i only had a few burn me. Also the light a shadow line are a nice addition. I opened it and immediately ripped around 50 linear feet of 1/4" steel with zero issues. If you run a fab shop, this os definitely a time saver, and gives a clean finish. Just a heads up, it is extremely loud. I usually work with noise canceling earbuds, so it doesnt bother me.

Used it right out the box to the box to cut 5/8" steel. Worked well. Saw is heavy.

Well i was skeptical. Cut dome really thin stuff. Hmm ok. Then i needed to cut through 6 mm plate steel for two meters at a time. , going slow. I saw the price of replacement blades! . Man it cut like a hot knife through butter. So pleased. No kickback's.Just be aware of the falling plate . Rather support both sides. This interruption can cause kickback
