Bought this for my moving trailer I rolled a 800 pound gun safe over it and it did not crease or deform must have for heavy used trailers

I purchased Extreme Max 84"x12" trailer skid plate. Upon arrival it came heavily damaged. It was warped in several places, the hinge would not shut and the seem was even warped. I contacted Extreme Max, showed them several photos of the damage and they had the audacity to say it wasn't a manufacturing defect. This skid plate was so warped and bent, there was no way it was caused during shipping. The shipping box was intact. They claim to cover their item for 2 years, however their response was to contact the seller. I would not recommend this product at all. The metal is very soft and they don't stand by their product. It is also very expensive, and certainly not worth it even if it arrived it new condition as it was supposed too.
