I have nothing bad to say about this well built gable vent. It’s the right size to let the maximum amount of ventilation into the attic without being an eyesore from the outside.The insect screening on the interior side is fine mesh and, most importantly, seamlessly attached to the frame, so no breaches.Aluminum construction makes for rust-free lifespan. Depth of flange great for most sidings, but not deep enough for high hats on metal buildings.Recommended.

This vent is well made from quality aluminum. It is pleasant to look at and appears durable. It has a screen on the side opposite the louvers to inhibit bugs and such from entering. Unfortunately, there wasn't any type of protective barrier placed over this for shipping and mine sustained two ares of punctures through the screen from another item poking into it. The vent is easy to install. One draw back is that the louvers are stationary and cannot be adjusted if needed or desired for the airflow direction. The item is as descxribed by the seller. I am very pleased with this item and believe you will be as well. Therefore, Dr. T. highly recommends this product!!
