Seems to be a perfect fit, a little hard to get the tether in the hole to make sure it can hang when fualing like the OEM, but once it's in there isn't any issue or fear of it falling out.

Simply, the gas cap fits my 2013 Chevy Silverado 1500.I had to replace the cap to address a dash warning light issue related to the gas cap... the cap was not longer "clicking" to close and I was advised to try troubleshoot with replacing the gas cap first.Side by side comparison, the OEM cap is larger with different vent holes. When I turn the cap, it was able to "click" to seal. So far, the warning light did go off... I just hope it stays off. I also hope that the fuel efficiency improves with a priperly sealed gas cap 🤷♀️. Otherwise, I may need to explore a more expensive solution if this was notnthe cause of the warning light.
