Ordered on Amazon but then ended up going to the Toyota dealer the same day. The OEM is on the left and the one from Amazon is on the right. Both look identical including the package. Dealer cost was $28. This fits my 2008 4Runner with the V6.

My truck kept over heating and I notice my coolant kept dumping from my system. I thought maybe I had a faulty thermostat or my water pump was bad. I replaced both but to no avail. Someone recommended I change my cap so I tried it and it worked like a charm. No more overheating. I prefer using oem parts and this appeared identical to my old one.
