The only thing I disliked was the directions, the pictures showimg what goes where can be a little hard to see, I tried to zoom in on the piece of paper lol I got it all figured out though. It is pretty straight forward to put it all together and it doesn't take long at all. Its well made and sturdy, functions exactly for what i need it for. This was basically a Christmas gift and it will keep on giving.

This is an inverted work bench. It’s great for deep core exercises. There are two different level leg holds and they have foam on them for comfort. Best part about this is it comes with two sets of bands for easy body weights. I like how I can fold it up and put away—perfect size. It was easy to put together and great quality for the price.

This GYMAX sit-up bench is a solid addition to my home gym. It was easy to assemble and feels very stable during workouts. I’ve used it for sit-ups, ab crunches, and some light strength training with the included resistance bands. The padding is comfortable, and the multiple adjustment levels make it suitable for different exercises and fitness levels. Best of all, it folds up easily and doesn’t take up much space when not in use. Definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a versatile and compact workout bench for home use.

I was extremely disappointed in this product. I received it with joy and excitement yet I was brought low when on top of the delivery being pushed back. I was at a loss when it came MISSING THE NUMBER 18. Hexagon Head Screw (M10*55) 2PCS. Now I can’t put it together. This product is also for a children. I have to return it

The item is excellent. It is sturdy and comfortable. The fold up storage feature is really nice, that is a great space saver. Easy to move around. Overall very happy with the purchase. Mine was missing one of the grips. But it doesn't effect the use for me so I didn't request a replacement part.

I work from home and love this ben and use it at home, it's really portable and can be folded and place at under bed or at the corner. it's made out of soft foam and material which is very comfortable and frame is out of steel which is very solid and sturdy. It comes with elastic ropes, pushup handles and one spring handle. Price is fair and reasonable and recommend it.
