I got my bike and the front reflecter was broken, and I can't get the handle loose as the handle bars are turned down the bolt is way to tight and the wheel reflexers were cracked. It is a single speed ok can you replace the reflection peaces please.Thank youPam Bond

We bought this for our 11 year old daughter. Husband put this together. He said the instructions weren't the best but he managed to get it together fairly easily. Daughter loves the color and the big basket. It currently has a baby doll in it. Would definitely recommend to others looking. Good quality for the price. Shipping was fast.

Instructions incomplete + Multiple parts wrong size/do not fit or are flat out not functional.The rear brake does not work at all. The shift cable casing not long enough. The chain does not stay taught.The pictures in the instructions are not even consistent. We had to watch you tube videos. And even then some of these people did not know what to do and just "winged it."Having to return it means having to totally disassemble it after we spent 5x the amount of time on it assembling it.... because the instructions were total garbage. There were literally missing labels, missing steps and the pictures were not consistent at all. And of course, once we figured out the missing info,the parts did not work or fit.It took 3 of us , 2 with higher level degrees (masters and phd) and one with military logistics and engineering experience. And at the end of the day the chain not fitting properly and the rear brake not even working made all our time spent a total waste. I could have been working. This literally cost me an entire days work which is 2x what this bike cost.hey won't even give you a prepaid label to return it when none of their parts fit. And the back break isn't even functional. Plus they will tell you to tdisassemble it to return it and figure out your ownpackaging if the packaging isn't in tact, Instead of just returning your money. The package is huge and back breaking so you spend at least $250 of your time trying to get the thing .

The paint job was beautiful, had a nice shine to it, with the exception of the bent/dented and scraped up parts. The brake assembly for the front brakes had a piece broken, as shown in pictures. Fell out as I pulled the frame out of the box. This piece being broken has rendered the front brakes useless on this bike.The instructions were not clear, and it took about 3 maybe 4 hours for 2 people to put this thing together, one of which is definitely mechanically inclined.Chain guard was bent/dented and had to be forced back into shape to fit over the chain for it to not rub on the chain.The instructions said there was a specific tool for the chain to be put together, this one came with a different tool, and it was difficult to assemble being as there was no instructions on said tool to put it together. Just hoping the chain does not somehow come back apart during my child riding the trike.Overall, not impressed with the broken pieces and the instructions on assembly, but my daughter is happy with the trike. Will probably remove the front brake assembly all together being as it rubs on the front wheel and can not adjust due to the broken parts, and she will have use of the back brakes.Not sure if I would recommend this trike for purchase, for the price I paid, I expected a bit better quality.

The bike is not easy to assemble, holes do not line up, unit was shipped wrong speed, bike is held together with nut n bolt no strength. Now that we want to return at our expense of $271.00 Not impressed. Not a good deal to me, now i am stuck with a cheap & poorly made bike. Unwanted so hopefully Amazon will help with refund

I bought this bike so I could ride with my family. (I haven’t biked in 25 years) the box came well packaged. Two small screws for fenders missing but it may have been my kids misplacing. It was tricky to put together. The company sent a video that was easier to follow than the written instuctions. I did get help with assembly and a complete check out once assembled. The seat is nice and big. Feels stable and easy to drive. I only use it on a paved trail but it allows me to be out with my family. Highly recommend for the casual biker who needs extra stability.

Started assembling it but some parts like the chain didn’t fit right. Took the trike to a bike store where they finished it. The bike shop is highly rated but the staff said those online trikes aren’t as stable. Still road wobbly. Does not ride well. Got it originally for my wife who has health issues but it would not be safe for her to ride. A financial loss for me. The person who bought it cheap is now selling it. They thought they could fix it. Nope! My advice is to buy one from a reputable dealer. A person has better luck buying a 2nd hand bicycle. Less complicated.Happy Buy is currently working on refunding me! Can't go wrong with that! Sometimes faulty products are sold. That happens. Good customer service!
