My experience.- Fairly easy to assemble (there is some strength required but I would say it's just below moderate)- Quality of my cot has been good.-I can comfortably sleep on it with one body pillow in front of me.Each person's experience could be different. It is extremely low to the ground but for me, it works great for car sleeping.

The plastic connector broke when I sat on the cot.

My husband really liked the extra width and length of this cot but on the third night of using it, one of the legs suddenly buckled and broke. We tried repeating to contact the company to try to get assistance with this but have not received any replies. We used it for the first time after having it a year. I don't recommend buying their products unless money is no issue to you.
Excellent cot, beyond my expectations.

Set up on a flat tent pad the first night. We’ll under weight limit and the elbow on the metal leg broke in half making it unusable for the remainder of the trip which luckily I planned a backup option of an air mattress so I wasn’t on the ground the whole weekend

I bought this for my 11 year old son just before his first Boy Scout overnighter in a tent this past weekend( last weekend in April 2023. Cold and rainy weekend in New England, overnight temps in the mid 40's). We got it on a Thursday, he set it up once, a little tricky at first but very doable. We went camping on Friday and he had it set up by himself in a couple of minutes. With a sleeping pad and a light summer weight sleeping bag he was warm and dry. I originally bought it to go inside his Teton sole tent but forgot to account for the door size and it did not fit inside, so we just put the tent on top and staked it down. Doing it this way kept the wind from blowing underneath the cot and cooling off the sleeping area, and also created a pocket on both sides of the cot to store small items, flashlight and tablet and a dry area underneath for his boots. He was so happy he didn't get a wet sleeping bag like some of his friends did. I will be recommending this one to other parents. Inside a tent I would add some sort of padding under the feet to prevent wear, kids can be tough on gear.
