Bien que l'on puisse imprimer en recto-verso de façon manuelle. La moitié du temps cela ne fonctionne pas ou ça s'interrompt en plein milieu. Malheureusement, nous avons dépassé le 30 jours pour pouvoir la retourner et l'échanger pour une autre. La seule option est que HP me retourne la même. Très décevant. La qualité d'impression en quand même bien si on utilise seulement le recto des pages, ce serait une bonne imprimante de base, mais pour mes besoins avec deux étudiants au Cégep c'est très ordinaire. Je devrai dépenser encore pour en acheter une autre.

I hardly printed 10 sheets and started having problems after.1. The power cord was loose from day 1 and I had to adjust it constantly or it would disconnect2. Sometimes it would take a few minutes before anything even printed out3. The display on the printer shows 1/2 ink level remaining (after around 20 pages printed) but it keeps printing blank pages and the app shows printer may be out of ink. So either the screen on the printer is faulty or this printer uses up 2 cartridges of ink to print 20 pages which I find ridiculous4. I never printed a single sheet in colour so how can it run out of colour ink?The sole reason I bought this printer was to have peace of mind. It would have been a better experience to just go to a shop to print stuff out. Would have been much cheaper too. Disappointed.

This HP printer offers quality printing, scanning and copying. Order included the black and tri colour cartridge. The installation and configuration to wifi was seamless. Just have your wifi password available. The item arrived the next day as promised with Prime. Energy star certified. Verified in Canada. The replacement pack of two HP ink cartridges is approx 52.00.
