This printer does everything I want it to do. It links well to my wifi network and I have never had a connection issue. The print quality and speed are both very good. The only thing that would be nice is if the ink cartridges would last a little longer. However, I know that is the case with most inkjet printers and the cost of replacements really isn't that bad. One feature that I thought was nice is that you can link this printer to the 'cloud' and print from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. I haven't used this feature more than a couple times, but it is nice to print something away from home and have it waiting for you when you get there. I plan on keeping this printer as long as I can.

I tried to get this printer to print for MONTHS.It's actually a 2013 model which is not well aligned with modern modems.It does NOT come with a USB cord which you will need because the wireless aspect is so unrelible.HP are HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE for any kind of service or help, whether on the phone, email or twitter.This printer FINALLY connected to wifi but that took weeks and now it will not print a page.comes with partially filled cartridges and you MUST use both, even if you only want to print in black n white. This is all about making you buy VERY EXPENSIVE HP branded ink. It will not accept generic cartridges. Terrible, OLD modelAlso, although it says it wil print in single cartridge mode (black only) you get non-stop HP pop-up windows insisting that you buy only their cartridges and you can't actually print without loading the colour cartridge we'll never need or use.AVOID!!! Way too problematic and such terrible service from HP

Great product for the price! I bought with both new ink cartridges, since the ones it comes with would run out super fast anyways. A little back and forth setting up - Tip - Go either from Computer to Printer OR Printer to Computer when trying to set up wireless, I had trouble when I started with 1 and then switched to the other way around, which confuses the printer (and me). I started having problems with the paper tray, had a bunch of paper jams, but turned out the bottom paper tray was not in line, so I had to snap it back, after that - no problems with paper jams/two sided printing. Haven't used the scanner or fax, but Printing and Copying are great for the price! I bought it for my parents who are in their 60's, so it's simple enough for them to use and perfect for everyday printing needs.

Would've accorded this excellent machine the maximum rating of 5 stars were it not for the dizzyingly high price of the ink cartridges. HP... why are you doing this? Whatever happened to the old-fashioned (but highly effective) business model/approach of 'lower unit profit, higher turnover' (leading to ultimately higher overall profits for you than that yielded by the 'higher unit profit, lower turnover' approach, not to mention much better affordability for the customer). Alternatively, keep the prices the same, but design the whole thing to accommodate larger ink cartridges containing more ink (and thus representing better value for the customer). If you simply tweak your ink-cartrige pricing formula (as outlined above), believe me it'll be a 'win-win' scenario for both the manufacturer (i.e. you, HP) AND the customer. Why didn't this occur to you, HP? Otherwise, a really good machine - full of excellent features, including seamless wifi-based wireless operation - at a fair price (spoilt only by prohibitively-priced ink cartridges).

I bought this HP 4630 when it was less than $60.00, so I was not really hoping it would impress me much. Well, it has, it is very high quality, easy to set up, and works great. The wireless function is easier than I thought it would be to set up, it almost does it automatically. The FAX function is of no use to me, so I have no comment there. This HP 4630 even has it's own E-Mail address, so from anywhere, I can send an E-Mail to it, and it prints it. To me, that is far better of a feature than a FAX. Anyone who has this printer's E-mail address (secret) can send the E-mail. Color quality on plain paper is very good, speed in b/w is on a par with any low cost ink-jet printer I have used. Even the ink is reasonably priced.

i love my office jet printer. its easy to set up and easy to hook on to the wireless connection. its fast light weight and gets the job done. i would recommend this product to any one who is in looking for a multi functional printer thats produces go quality prints and works very fast. great buy

I ordered this printer in part based on the heavily promoted HP Instant Ink program that promises convenience and savings. I was extremely dismayed to find, in the middle of the enrollment process, that the program is not available in Canada. A bit late to let me know. The printer is working as advertised and the price was amazing. I wish it had separate color ink tanks.
