I received this water bowl on January 9th and it stopped working February 19th . . . 10 days beyond the return window. Complete waste of money for plastic junk that didn’t even last 2 months. Serious buyer’s remorse - unsure what the better options are but this isn’t the one.

Product is noisier than expected especially, when low on water. Smaller “cat it” system was much better. Filling with water requires turning the system off, lifting “trough” and then snapping into place again. Hands are always wet when handling. I would prefer to have one that I could just pour into.May be returning for other option.

Not much to say, other than this machine works beautifully. My dog really enjoys the waterfall part, and the fact it's not standing water with THREE filters, she's always getting fresh, clean water. Highly recommend.

Works great and you don’t hear water running, until it’s getting low with water you hear water dripping into the lower bowl, when I hear that I just add more water. The light indicator for water lvl is also very nice

The LED light placement was a bit tricky to figure out due to the lack of detail in the instructions. I had to return the original fountain to Amazon and noticed a design flaw in the pump. While this isn't my first iPettie fountain, the LED light placement in this one is confusing. The cord for the pump is located on the same side as the LED light, which isn't immediately apparent. To run the cord out of the back, I had to rotate the pump completely. Although the pump might come pre-assembled correctly, I prefer to wash all parts before use. In the end though, it worked out!

I've been looking for a water fountain that had space for 2 dogs to drink and was not disappointed with this. I have 2 medium/large dogs (45 & 50lbs) and they're able to drink out of this at the same time.The capacity is great, with 2 dogs I'm filling up the water tank at least 2 times a week. And it is silent despite some reviews saying it sounds like a water leak. I can only hear it when it's completely silent or when the tank is getting low.For less than $60 I think this is a great product!

I have to admit I was skeptical. I was not sure whether our Scottie’s would use this nor was I sure that it would keep the water clean. Our oldest Scottie is fastidious about his water. His beard drags all sorts of stuff into the water. Then he barks and barks letting us know we need to get cracking to give him clean water (to mess up again). Our two Scotties immediately started to drink from the dog fountain. When there is debris that has settled in the lower bowl (maybe once every other day) I use a small bulb irrigator to suck the offending item out. Works great. This might be something that iPettie would want to add to the box. Thank you. You guys have made our dogs happier an our lives less chaotic:-).

Update: The water level light works and is flashing through the window on the fountain. The filter attachment on the inside of the fountain water bowl has to be turned a specific way in order for the light to show through the window. Problem fixed and love the dog fountain.I like the idea of my dogs having this water fountain and they love drinking out of it, however, the water light indicator no longer shows up on the front of the fountain. It is supposed to light up blue if the water is full and light up red if the water level is low. Since the light doesn’t work we do have to watch more closely. But other than that, fountain noise is pretty low and is easy to fill up.
