Just perfect for indoor grill. Don't forget to deactivate yr smoke detector and immediately put it back after the meal.

Useless product. Can't even cook a shrimp on it ! Just to start it is a pain in the a**. And I have a lot of experience with charcoal. Don't buy this item. Food sticks solid on the grill.
