Definitely a good cut and placement of fabric on the body to give hourglass shape. No complaints. I wore it to a sneaker ball and it looked amazing!

It said it measured 19 to 43 inch elastic waist. As a am a larger woman I order 2 of them to tie together for my waist. When they arrived the waist is NOT elastic at all!The top of the skirt is sewn into the ribbonClosure, which is also not elastic at all. My 2 together covered about 2/3 of me. The measurement is the 19inch. It is pretty and I will be purchasing a third as it has a low price and sewing the together. It is well made and fun, just the width of the skirt was misrepresented and that was frustrating as I bought them for a show. I made the best of it and had compliments on them. The are lightweight, bright colors and well made. Just at the small end of the measurements shown.
