I was really excited to use this karaoke machine for a special event. The night before, I tested it out and everything seemed to be working just fine. However, during the actual event, it kept disconnecting from every device I tried. I gave it another try the following day, hoping it was just a one-time glitch, but unfortunately, the same issue happened again.It’s a great concept with the wireless microphones, Bluetooth connectivity, and the convenience of rolling wheels and a trolley design. I really wanted it to work out, but the connection issues made it unreliable when I needed it most. Hopefully, this was just a defective unit, because it has a lot of potential if the bugs get worked out.

Amazing product for the price. Wireless microphones are great as it means not tied to the device. Sound quality is brilliant for a small unit.Customer service were absolutely brilliant as the remote control arrived damaged inside the box (no fault of the company) and they responded within hours to an email to their support email.Highly recommend this product and company.

I ordered this Karaoke machine to use at family parties etc, as we have a younger family member who loves singing.The karaoke machine arrives boxed with two full sized microphones included. Both the speaker itself, and the microphones are rechargeable, and during our new years eve family get together it was in use virtually all night, and still wasn't drained.Using it is fairly simple as it was set up by an 11 year old, and it connected to their phone easily via Bluetooth.Sound wise it can go louder than most neighbours would approve of, but even on a more respectable volume it's clear and has good sound quality.Portability is another plus point with this unit as not only is it rechargeable, but you can pull it along on its wheels, a bit like a suitcase, so it would also be perfect for summer parties outdoors. Lastly there is a phone/tablet holder that you can attach, so you can read the words to the songs from the attached gadget.Overall its a portable, rechargeable speaker/Karaoke machine, that works very well, and has been cleverly designed to make it as versatile as possible, wearer very happy with it, and looking forward to using it more in the coming months.
