It is slim, portable, easy to fold. But when grabbing it to write, it requires extra effort. So it is relatively difficult to hold firm when writing.

I ordered this to organize my keys. The product arrived and yes, I did watch the setup video and registered the β€œIf Lost” information. However, when I put the product together making sure that everything was aligned as instructed and started to tighten the β€œmale” pin or screw and it stopped moving and would not tighten. I called the company’s customer service, not helpful. The service person almost immediately stated that the issues was my fault, I started the screw out of alignment thus striping the β€œfemale” pin. The service person had me send a picture of the product and they confirmed that it was my fault, saying something close to paraphrasing of course: β€œThe β€œmale” pin is at an angle, and it looks like you may have too many keys or very close to it. 5 keys plus the tool are a bit much, and some of your keys are thick.” My main issue is I don’t feel I did anything wrong, and it the pin or screw does not tighten all the way how do I have too many keys? Anyway not happy with the product.
