The battery was delivered in a sealed USPS box which was again shipped to me via Canada Post, as I live in Canada. It came with the nut/bolt set for both the connection terminals. It came precharged to about 80+%, I carefully installed the battery with a pair of static free cloth gloves, and it worked instantly.Really happy with the purchase, as it gave me the confidence back on my bike to be a single key switch start.

I have quite a large collection of motorcycles and bought this battery less than a year ago. Even though the battery had minimum use and a battery tender hooked up, it failed completely in less than a year. This is by far, without a doubt, THE worst battery performance I have come across.
