I’ve had three of these lights for over a year and I use them every day for 12 hours a day. They work great. I have them indoors for my tropical plants. The stands aren’t exactly sturdy but I keep them in places where they won’t get bumped. I have one attached to my wall and shining down on my plants from above.

Couple of my plants survived the winter this year. So, I would say it's worth the money but not sure how long it will last. If the light fails to work, I will probably buy it again next year because I need the plants to survive.

After two years of use (mostly occasionally, in the latest two months every day use) it’s dead. In terms of the life span and usage not satisfied. When this light is on, it gets extremely hot, which makes me worry that it could start a fire. So every time I leave the house, I turn it off and never leave it on when no one is around.

The stand is really easy to tip over but the light itself works well despite feeling a bit flimsy. This is the second one I have purchased. The first is still working well at least a year later. It maybe two years I can't recall if I got it last season or the one before. I use these lights to start my veggy plants indoors.

I really like the functionality and general mechanical design. My young tomato plants really respond to the light. Am now planting broccoli, etc other vegetable seeds. And was going to purchase a second grow light. However, and although the negative reviews are minimal, I am concerned with the life span of the LEDs. The general negative consensus is the LEDs don't last as long as I would expect LEDs to last. Being a semiconductor device, they are very over-voltage, over-current and over-heat sensitive. I wonder whether the design or the physical LED specs are pushing the limits. It's good to see the supplier is supporting the product.I'm holding off purchasing a second unit for now. I've had mine for about a week - it's been on an average about 5-6 hours a day. So far so good!

Update:I'm updating this review to 5 stars. As I had said in my previous review, the lights themselves were great. My issue was with the fact that they burned out after only a few months of use. The seller saw my review and reached out to advise that they should not have burned out that quickly. They advised that they will more closely monitor quality control and they sent me two new lights for free. Those replacement lights are working well. However, I won't know until the fall whether they last as all of the plants are currently outside of the summer. Hopefully my original purchase was just bad luck that I got two faulty lights.I purchased two of these lights in November of 2022 for my plants. The plants did really well all winter. And I was actually really impressed with the lights and would have given them 5 stars. However, in April both lights burned out. And apparently you can't buy replacement bulbs so you either look for something else or buy entirely new units each time. I won't consider these again and will instead look for a better option that lasts. Its not only a waste of money but its just more junk being piled into landfills if you have to buy these on a yearly basis and you know you'll get a few months max out of them.

So, for reference I purchased the single head without timer since I bypass most grow light timers and use my own. To be honest these are not my favorite lights but I’m still grateful to have it. It should be noted that the single head option is a completely different head than the dual or triple head lamps. I feel the single head option is brighter and a better quality light in general but don’t go thinking that if you loved the single head that the dual or triple is the same because it’s not. Just putting that out there. So, things I love about this lamp are the brightness and ease of use. My monstera put out 2 new leaves in a little over two weeks with just this light as it’s light source since I had it in the bathroom in quarantine at the time. So the plant had no other light( natural or otherwise, this was it.) and it still thrived under this light 12 hours a day. It should be noted that the single head option is very pink in color, this means its putting out more red light for fruiting and flowering plants though most of my plants are foliage plants which benefit less from the red and more from the blue light. However, it still puts out plenty of what it needs for a Monstera deliciosa. I was skeptical at first due to the pink glow but I was proven wrong and very pleasantly surprised by how effective it was. Something to keep in mind is that if you are doing seedlings they will not be able to be if from the red light and require significantly more blue light than what I believe this light can produce and thus, would likely struggle and I would chose another light. All that being said, for the price and how bright it is, I really like this light and would recommend it. I do wish that you could purchase this light individually without the tripod as a purchasing option because I prefer to hang this lamp and it would be less wasteful and more economical if I could purchase it as just the lamp with the hardware to hang it from the start. Maybe they will consider doing so in the future? The tripod itself is decent for the price but certainly not the most stable. If you just set it up and forget it then its fine but don’t move it around a lot and I’d keep it away from children and pets. On that note, always keep grow lights away from children, do not look directly into this lamp when it’s on and I’d honestly recommend you stay out of the room entirely when in use unless you have the proper UV glasses. Grow-lights are designed for plants, not for humans.

We are happy with the set up for this grow light. There are others that have a dimmer switch but we only purchased this one. A bright light was needed in the area that was very dark where we needed to place plants that were seedling, and as well, to help other indoor plants. The tripod is great since you can heighten it, or lower it, and it is sturdy. The supplier is wonderful, easy to correspond with and very very accommodating. They are willing to go that extra mile to have their customers feel important and happy. Time back, I would have purchased the one with the timer since office spaces that are dark, would benefit with the timer aspect to make sure the plants have the light they need. We are grateful to this supplier.. they truly are very kind.
