This snow blower is a waisting of money, I request for refund when the item delayed. When the item inventually delivered. I used it once, not up to 15 minutes the machine stopped working and since then the battery did not charge again.

The machine is heavy and sturdy but we didn’t get chance to use it yet. No snow in Vancouver this December. It’s a surprise gift for my husband. He loves it and excited of snow coming if will. The price is reasonable and easy to assemble.

This machine works ok for my driveway and sidewalk but the battery only lasts about 15 minutes each time so pretty frustrating to stop, charge the battery and then go back outside to finish clearing everything. Would be good if you can improve the battery to last a bit longer, otherwise you have to buy 2 or 3 spare batteries just to be able to finish your job in one go.

I bought this 2 years. Did lot of research for the snow blower before bought this one, I have to say this snow blower is a great product for this money.I live in Edmonton AB, a lots lots of snow in the winter. I don't take it out to use it every time, but i use it when we get like 10cm snow. This snow blower just like others, don't work great with wet snow but i am ok with it. The battery life is long enough as advertise. Great size for the storage too.I would recommend this to anyone who never had snow blower before.

Received, put together, first set of batteries took forever to charge. Finally had a decent day and fresh snow and took it out. I got about 60’ done (3 strips)and it died on the 3rd strip. Brought the batteries in for about 20 minutes, thinking maybe it was too cold (remember only 3 strips/about 10 minutes). Tried again and nothing. I emailed the manufacturer and after a few emails, they sent me one new battery, as by this point it wouldn’t even charge (I had full charge lights to start). New battery showed up and it took just over 6 hours to charge the last 25%. So went out and tried again and nothing!Don’t bother. And if you are in Canada it says for best results, temperature should be -17 or warmer. I decided to return it, it shouldn’t be this hard.

I have owned this snow blower for a year. I like that it is easy to use and built well The battery lasts for my whole front porch and sitting area in the front area and my long driveway. I have used it in 15 cm of snow and it worked well. It doesn’t weigh too much either. I am happy with my purchase good Value for sure

I looked for a long time, for a battery powered snow thrower. This one is light and easy to manuver, yet gets the job done. Struggles a little with heavy wet snow but with a little patience cleans slow but sure.Very handy tool.

Works fine if you plow right away on fresh snow. When plowing on snow that was a day or two old it kept turning off like it didn’t have the power. Not great considering I live in a state that gets 10+ good snow storms a year. I already assembled it and don’t have the box anymore so I can’t return it. It is truly lightweight and it’s not terrible but it’s not as good as I was expecting either.

This is first time I used and it stopped working after like 4 minutes! I thought maybe the snow was too cold so I waited until all the snow melted in and around,the blade and it still does not start. The lights go on but no motor! Is there a reset on it!

Used the blower the first time on 3 to 4 CM of wet snow. Cleared quickly my 2 car length driveway, the walkway from house to street, and several dog paths around the house. The blower is lightweight, easy to maneuver..... and throws/blows the snow...... the problem experienced is chute control mechanism is too tight to turn with the hand crank...had to hand move the chute... other than that it got the job done... Assembly was quick and easy with the instructions.... Battery life was OK on the first run; storing batteries in house to keep at warm temps. The blower is good value for the price.

I was very impressed with my new snowblower! We had snow the day it arrived and we had snow from before it arrived. I got it going and was able to do my sidewalks in no time at all. It cleaned it really well and I had sprayed it before so none of the snow stuck. I was very happy with the job it did. As an older woman (65), it was lightweight enough for me to use but strong enough to handle the job.The part that I was so impressed with was the excellent customer service from the company that sells the snowblower. The company had the right address and I was tracking it. It was sent by UPS. It came from Texas, to Colorado and then to Spokane, WA. I live in central WA. UPS then sent it to Michigan. The company called UPS and got it back to Washington State. The company kept in contact with me the whole time. That's what I call excellent customer service!
