When I saw that the light detached from the head band, I knew this was a must have pair. For instance, what if you need to look at your tire or engine at night, when stranded on the side of the road? With this pair of headlamps, you could wear one as your light, and use the other light to signal cars to caution. With the removable headlamp, you could see into the engine bays tight spots you can't angle your head to. And if it's raining, the IPX6 rating will keep your light functioning with no concern to you. The aluminum alloy material will never rust. They even have impact resistant glass lenses. I've purposely dropped these a few times with no damage to the lenses. I find the illumination settings give me a nice range of lighting options. I love that it has an SOS setting. The light weight and very comfortable band makes this a headlamp functional for extended periods of time. Add in the fact that the light swivels up and down, and you have a workhorse headlight that is extremely durable, capable and comfortable. The fact that it's a twin pack makes this angle adjustable, removable headlamp Highly Recommendable.

This is a no-frills head lamp set of 2. But that’s a good thing (less complexity). They have four settings: high, low, strobe, and off. They come with a USB C charger for each and a total of 4 hanging clips. Their tubular shape is due to the fact they utilize the fairly common and inexpensive 18650 rechargeable battery. No, they don’t have different colored lights. They don’t have gesture on and off. But they do seem reliable and bright as well as serviceable. To me that’s a win. For times I don’t expect to need gesture control, these are going to be my go to. Great to toss one in the car and by the door to go outside.NOTE! A small paper disc is used to avoid the internal battery from activating in transit. You must unscrew the side that allows you to remove the battery and remove that disc prior to use or the battery won’t be able to complete the circuit and won’t turn on.Edit: Many reviewers seem to be missing details clearly stated in the product listing pictures. Nothing has been hidden, the battery is an 18650 rechargeable. It is certainly not a 12V battery. The instructions also clearly state how to operate the light.

Bright headlamp with multiple light modes. High brightness setting is very bright white light and throws light a good distance. Even the low setting is fairly bright and has a good throw. Strobe and SOS are a good addition for emergency situations. Light cycles thru High, Low and Strobe with single press on the power button and then SOS with a long press of the power button. Batteries are removable, but they are generic and do not show any information about them... not helpful at all if they go bad or need replacing. Also the aluminum housing the light is made of is very thin and the end caps are the same. First thing i noticed when unscrewing them to check out the batteries and to charge them up. They feel very fragile. The elastic strap isn't awful but it is kind of thin elastic material. The clip that holds the light on the strap is functional, allowing the light to be rotated in the housing to direct the light where needed. Nice to see products finally going to USB C standard for charging nowadays. Overall it's an ok light, lightweight and bright, but the housing could be a little more beefier to protect the light from any type of dings, damage or accidental drops.

Long story short, if you just need a simple and very bright headlamp, this is for you. Perfect for automotive or daylight work, pretty blinding for nighttime camping or spelunking.Anyways, it's hard to complain much about these headlamps for the price, but there are still similar options with more features than these have. The headlamp itself is a small, aluminum, cylindrical unit that is held to the headband with a cheap plastic clip. The aluminum has splines cut into is so that it can be rotated and held into the plastic clip at pretty much whatever angle you can go without the lenses hitting your head. Long-term, this is not great because the plastic tab that indexes with the splines could be worn down pretty easily, but how often do you use a headlamp? It will probably last long enough for you to get your money's worth. The band itself is not bad, although if you have a big head you might want to look for an alternative. The lamps come with auxiliary plastic clips and no instruction manual for them, so I assume these are so you can attach things to the band. My first thought would be to use them for routing a USB cable to the headlamp for use with a backup battery bank, seeing that the ends are round, and that's cool to have as an included option. The brightness modes go from on very brightly, to still pretty bright, to flashing. I will always despise flashing modes, or even having modes to begin with, and I think this headlamp in particular poorly executes your range of options. It would have been nice to have, at the very least, some more brightness options, but ideally it would just be an on and off button with either a mode selector separate or a brightness dial.Hardware-wise, these headlamps have a ton of potential because their maximum brightness is so high, but not being able to comfortably use them at night or around other people because they are way too bright is kind of a bummer. These will likely remain in use purely for more practical daytime things like working on cars.

These headlamps are great when working in dark places and tight spots, when walking or doing chores after dark, or even when cleaning house! There are two brightness levels plus a flashing strobe mode, along with an “SOS” mode accessible via a long press of the power button. The battery is rechargeable with a standard USB adapter once the connector shield is screwed backward toward the power switch. The light can be aimed up and down and can easily be detached from the headband bracket. No instructions were included. The battery endcap must be removed to extract and discard the plastic insulator disk before use. An initial charge took several hours, but seemed to last for about six hours of working time over several days on low power. The headband can be released through slots in the bracket to allow hand-washing when sweaty or dirty, without the need to rethread the adjuster.Full disclosure: I ordered this LOQOMI Headlamp Rechargeable 2 Pack through the Amazon Vine program. As a user of the product, I have done my best to provide an honest review.
