A standard, sturdy key. Every company makes one. I just wanted one to show love for Ludwig. It has a hole for being attached to a key ring.

Bought a used Ludwig kit and all the toms and kickdrum needed tuning. Watched some youtube videos, ordered this little guy, and voila, drums sound way better. Also used on the kick drum pedal to adjust spring tension. A handy little thing to have and super cheap.

Different tuning keys feel different. Sounds obvious, but for me the Ludwig geometry fits well and provides a kind of comfortable feedback that helps me tune my drums more easily than any of the many others I have. The Sonor flat blade key is also wonderful, but very limited in use, especially since Sonor eliminated flat blade tension rods. Others are variously less balanced and feel harder to tune with. Its a small thing, but I always reach for Ludwig keys.

チューニングキーは高価なものではないので、何気に購入していたら結構な数になってましたが、ふと見るとLudwigのキーがない。そこで購入しました。自分の場合、実際に使うかどうかはともかく、ハンドルの穴にONE DIMEのコインを取り付け、LUDWIGの刻印には白のマーキング・チョークを埋め込み、またひとつドラム用の工具箱が賑やかになりました。
