Bought this model to use on my car. Was expecting it to be a little more powerful but then maybe I didn't really understand the torque numbers when applied to impact drivers. Anyway, it did the job, kind of. The really tight bolts I had to use a wrench on. Other than that it worked ok. Would I recommend..? Sure. It's a handy tool and makes light work of removing and re-installing fasteners that aren't seized in place. Always remember to use a proper torque wrench to torque the nuts and bolts to the manufacturers specifications.

The impact wrench is more powerful than I expected. It is compact and easy to handle. I used to be a dealer for Makita. So I am very familiar with the quality of Makita tools. I now own 8 Makita tools.

I've been thinking about buying one of there for a while, almost 50 and wrenching makes my wrists hurt. I am embarrassed I waited this long. Soooo nice..... and, it's a Makita. I have grinders, drills, skill saw, all Makita and never had a complaint.

Works great, the only issues is the socket retaining clip broke, the second time used it. Got it fixed locally under warranty

The impact shipped quickly and is as expected. I have a few Makita cordless tools that I have owned for 10 years plus and have had zero issues with. This an add on that works with my battery’s. I will be buying the 1/2 “ version of this same impact wrench. Good tools!

Dare i say, better than snap-on? Tool and battery still good after a year of daily shop use. It can even take off a few wheel lugnuts with a fresh charge, but wont last for 4 wheels.
