I had to wear a tie like this for a show I was in, and with that one, it tightened and I ended up choking myself out on stage because it got stuck on a piece of set equipment. I was nervous at first to wear this one, but I had no problems with this one. However I didn't actually wear it like I did in the show, so there wasn't a test done or anything.
