Milwaukee Headlamp 2163-21 is a great product. I first got the 2111-21 model and after 10 years, it is still working by the way, I got this model too to be kept outside. I do not wear it on a hardhat but just around my forehead. It is fine. I have added a 1/4 adhesive cushion to my older model for added comfort. In 10 years on the 2111-21 model, I only replaced the battery twice and expect the same great performance with this model. First learned about their headlamp product line from my plumber who lit up my entire addict. He highly recommended. Great product!!!

Super bright, battery last fairly long if I'm not using it at max brightness with both LED chips. Definitely suggest having a 2nd battery and a way to charge them if you plan to use this lots so you don't have to wait for it to recharge
