Installed this in a second home 4 years ago. Looks good and works perfect. You do not need to purchase the special tool to install the mounting nut as one is included.

Pros:Excellent build qualityStylishCons:My biggest gripe is the rotation of the handle. I had my handle mounted on the front, and the handle points only from 9 o'clock to just past 12 o'clock. Moen says they changed the design so the handle wouldn't hit the backsplash. That's fine, except for those of us who want the handle mounted in front. So when the flat areas are aligned, you're either all hot or all cold.Left is hot and right is cold, right? Not so with this faucet. Swapping supply lines is the easy fix but why need to bother at all?Aerator hardly aerates, probably due to low flow

Build quality is great, the aesthetic is exactly what I was going for and the spot free finish is awesome! I have really hard water and on regular metal fixtures the water spots build up instantly, the finish on this resists that with what appears to some sort of mid level warlock charm.

The faucet was (i) easy to install (ii) it has a nice clean operation -- it just feels smooth and substantial; (iii) it was easy to modify for use with a portable dishwasher (unlike two other high end faucets we tried -- see below) and, (iv) as a bonus we've gotten a lot of compliments about how it looks. We really like it so far (after a bit over a month).We had a number of frustrations with Moen (and Kohler) customer service in regard to adapting the faucets to portable dishwashers. It was important to us that the new faucet would work with a portable dishwasher (whirlpool). The Moen 7365 SRS works fine with Whirlpool's adapter. However, we were very frustrated that two other faucets (Moen 7365 and Kohler 6130) ultimately could not be adapted after several weeks of trying and ordering a number of different adapters. In the case of both of these faucets, Moen and Kohler customer service did not even know the thread sizes on the faucet! We tried a lot of adapters (some needed to be ordered) and for various reasons they did not work. Customer service regarding the Moen 7365 (the subject of this review) was different -- the agent knew the thread size. But then, he told us that Moen did not recommend using any of their faucets with a portable dishwasher (he might have also said did not support their use). I assume this has to do with the load of the hose on the faucet. We did several searchs of the Moen website regarding this policy after talking to the agent and found nothing -- so mixed messages. In any case, we obviously took a chance (having never had problems in the past) and all seems fine with the portable. But we think that others should know about this.
