This receiver does not maintain a connection with the bluetooth source (phone) and constantly cuts out. If I could give zero stars, I would. What a shame that it cuts out all the time, even when the phone is right next to it. The size and user-friendly screen is perfect. But that doesn't do any good if the signal is constantly dropped. Boo.

We bought a house with a huge old style in wall stereo hooked to 3 pairs of ceiling speakers in different rooms. I replaced it with this and of course patched the drywall. The color display could be better. It only has terminals for one pair of speakers and it sounds okay, not great. I've had trouble with the sound getting real scrambled after it runs for about an hour. Shutting off and back on seems to help. All said it was a deal for the price and filled my needs until something better comes along. I'm not a heavy user of it thankfully.

Volume adjustment range for lowest volume is loud. Great higher volumes.In-wall electrical box is not easy to finish around. Trim cover is same size as the rough-in box. Otherwise unit is as discribed and good value for money.

What a killer amp. Installed one for Sauna speakers. Put it outside the heat, of course, but Bluetooth to it from my phone. With just 20 watts a channel, it drives a set of Polk in wall speakers just fine! Very slick installation!
