Hoped the other reviews mentioning damage were rare, don't make my mistake. Every single piece in the box is broken, most on multiple sides. I was interested in the product because the thickness makes for an easy transition height to some hardwood flooring. However not worth it if broken. Packaging pretty poor compared to other LVT brands.Update: After receiving a second box of broken tiles I ordered directly from NewAge on their website and got them fine and at a cheaper price. Do that.

Really nice high quality product. As others have mentioned, many pieces damaged during shipping. Out of 6 boxes, I ended up with a full box of damaged boards. Thst being said, I still really like everything about these!

The flooring itself is a great product, it’s the shipping and receiving that is the issue. It took 3 separate orders and 2 returns to finally receive 7 mostly undamaged tiles as the boxes for all 3 deliveries arrived torn open and appeared like they had fallen off the truck. Would have been 5 stars if they weren’t all broken.
