I could not wait to get this “instrument of torture” 🤣 tried on, based on how it felt in my hands. This sports bra is made very well, and when I say very, I mean VERY. Where to start?What I love:The fabric is a heavy nylon/elastane stretch knit. The sports bra contains well-made, fairly thick insert cups that can be removed before washing if desired. I always take cup cups out to wash by hand, then hang to dry. The straps crisscross, or maybe more of a Y back, either way, the straps adjust from the front to get a good fit. The bra does and excellent job of doing what it’s supposed to and is really quite comfy all things considered. The girls stay very well contained. The bra comes in a variety of colors and since the color on the model looks great on me, I chose dubarry.What I dislike:What is there not to like? I will say, this bra is great; however, I don’t know about running support. I wear a 36 C-D and when I jumped up and down, the girls did not bounce a lot, but they did move some. And possibly a smaller size chest would stay put.I love this thing…very good value.

What I like about this sports bra is that it is very adjustable, more than most sports bras. The colors are fun and it's pretty comfortable & supportive as well.
