Although this antenna works and technically fits the K1600, the truth is that it is. It made for it.The description feels like a bait and switch. The base of the antenna flares out and does not sit flush on the stem. It looks fugly! An issue for me as I replaced the 1 foot long OEM for this one for aesthetic appeal.It's a let down3 starts because it works
