Please note the following before you use 3/4 orthotics:
1. This 3/4 length inserts are Orthotics Insoles, so you will feel a bit hard and uncomfortable at first. Just keep wear, you will feel soft and comfortable after some time.
2. Replace your insoles every 6 months to promote healthy feet.
3. Put the shoe inserts in a ventilating place to keep them dry and fresh.
4. Cleaning with soft brush, don't washed in the machine.
5. If you wear a half shoe size, we recommend you select the closest smaller whole shoe size.

These are The by far the best arch support for extreme flat arches AND feet at the same time! It actually IS very solid as from the photos we can see that it has no semi-circumvention but a very straightforward and round heeled arch! Fits nicely snug in place yet adjustable inside your shoe once inserted. Supports weak arthritic ankles. Supports physical exercise on lower back slowly by Dr. Recommended exercises. Practically no back pain walking better, sleeping. Hard impact arches when you walk you will feel the pressure points pushed deep under the arch of your feet upwards pulling muscles which for me severely flat-footed is a very relaxing and good mood feeling. You can dance again and so cozy you could sleep with them on! Affordable And yes of course it's gonna hurt but if you want the adjustment it's so worth it so don't be weak! Gain an inch dance again! FOOT UP!

Bought these 3/4 insoles, same time as another, hoping they would both fit, but only these ones work. These are comfortable, fit my arches, don't move around in my shoes, and are easy to switch from shoes to other shoes. I will be ordering a couple more so I don't have to switch as often.

I have really flat feet so these give me an arch which helps with knee pain as well. Makes me feel more stable too. They are surprisingly comfortable too for being a rigid support. I have them in my work boots ,skates and my winter boots

When I first received these, I thought: How can this help stop the pain I feel in my foot! OMG! Within 2 hours of getting used to them, I was able to walk around the house and outdoors without limping. I have Plantar fasciitis and do many stretches throughout the day. Because of these insoles, I can also wear my fancy flat shoes to dress up my outfits for work. I am no longer limited to my running shoes. I love them so much that I purchased a second one. I love that they are half insoles as they do not cram my toes.

I got this for my mom flat feet and she love the fact that she doesn’t need to use her big insole that make her buy a size bigger shoe, unfortunately the bottom of this half insole is kinda square really hard and damage 2 pair of shoes original insoles. Please re design

Las plantillas son más rígidas de lo esperado, aunque una vez puestas en los zapatos y caminando con ellas son cómodas y se adaptan bien al pie. En las dos llevan una L (left-izq) aunque no son iguales y he tenido que imaginar cual es la izq y cual la dcha.Espero que sirvan para lo que me las he comprado.

Uso i plantari da una vita ma ho sempre combattuto con dolori a caviglia e articolazioni. Mi hanno sempre aiutato ad alleviare i fastidi ma devo dire che come questi non ne avevo mai provati, sembrano rigidi ma in realtà è proprio questa rigidità che aiuta le articolazioni, sorreggono perfettamente l arco plantare. Ne acquisto subito un altro paio. Per la mia esperienza li consiglio a tutti

Don’t know if it’s suitable for everyone but it helps me. Not perfect but it’s better than nothing. When wearing they come up in the middle and that hurts after while.
