I did not realize the Taurus PT-92 had a rail, and this holster does not fit any models with a rail. That was a bummer, but my fault. After looking at the dimensions for a sec, I tried something odd. I have a 1930's Spanish Llama Extra chambered in .38 super that I never had a holster for, and it fits great! Slight up and down play, maybe 1/16 inch, but it locks it in place very well. The paddle isn't easy to get on or off, but that's a good thing as it does its job and seems to ride comfortably. The finger release is high enough on the grip that your finger isn't near the trigger when you stroke your draw, which is a problem I had with a previous serpa style, so I like that too. I'll be keeping this one.Just make sure your 92 doesn't have a rail or it will not fit. Unless you have an antique Spanish 1911 laying around.

Doesn't fit my Girsan as the picatinny rail under the barrel hangs too low and jams the front sight into the top of the holster. It fits but you have to force it to fully seat it in the holster then you have to forcefully pull the two apart.Definitely not a bad holster for being one of the more affordable specific fit holsters on Amazon. Appears sturdy and well built and the push button release works well. If my gun fit in this holster I would keep it.
