I got this for my daughter who is going to college for her freshman year. I wanted to have something to write her feelings and experiences in college. Well made and high quality. Definitely something she can cherish for years to come so she can remember this time of her life. Highly recommend.

Got this as my notebook on the go. Hardcover makes it easy to write anywhere, and it’d fit my shoulder bag perfectly. Paper quality is great as well.

Pretty well made little journal. I'm using it for booze notes & reviews. Seems well made, and came in standard retail packaging. Would buy again.

The Oxford Journal, Lined Writing Notebook, Writer's Journal, Classic Notebook is a nice journal. I like the ribbon bookmark and the ivory paper, which is nicer on the eyes than a stark white. There is a pocket for tickets, photos or other small mementos. The book is about the size of a sheet of paper folded in half and doesn't take up too much room in a backpack. The elastic band keeps it securely closed when not in use.Beyond being a journal or a diary, it would make a great place for a budding musician to jot down song lyrics, or for a poet/storyteller to write their ideas. Going on a trip? This would be a great way to write down your travel adventures. There are so many uses for a nice lined journal.This would make a nice addition to a gift basket for a college-bound student, or for a bon voyage.

As expected from the trusted oxford brand, this hardcover journal is perfect. Comes wrapped in plastic for protection, and includes a quality faux leather bound hard cover. Has a bookmark ribbon, elastic closure band, and envelope in the back page. This is an ideal journal without any unnecessary features, just high quality useful ones. As someone who loves simplicity, quality, and functionality, this journal is exactly the right size and design. Very happy with this and it is a great value at the price point, which is further justified by its quality feel and texture. Paper is standard and thick enough to not bleed through with most normal pens.
