Seems to be well made and sturdy. I’m a big guy and so far it doesn’t seem to be a strain on the stool when I sit on it. Can’t speak for its longevity as I’ve only used it once. A little heavy, but that’s to be expected with the weight rating. All in all I’m happy with it.

Love these little stools. Small enough to leave in back of the car, light enough to grab and carry anywhere you are headed, sturdy enough for any adult.

If this is the kind of seat your looking for, then this is the best I've used like it. This is really much better than others I have like this. The seat really is padded and its not really cushiony- but its better thickness, and there is more seat to fit your self onto. The height is almost as high as regular chairs, ( between a milk crate and a kitchen chair) making it much easier to sit on. No assembly is needed. The legs are strong and the metal is powder coated, this folds up just like a camp chair only shorter because there's no back. It comes with a carry case that has a strap and is sewn well, and will fit easy just about anywhere. Unlike others, this carry bag is easy to slide on and off, and theres a drawstring closure at the top, its a lightweight nylon and fits easy in the storage mesh under the seat. There's a storage net attached under the seat, which is very convenient to store the carrying bag in, so that you can always have it but not have it in the way ( or have it blow away because you have it laying on the ground) while in use. You can't really fold it up if there's anything in it at the time, but if you wanted to put a couple things in it while sitting on it, then it could come in handy. It's not too heavy to carry, and it only takes a couple seconds to unfold it. The feet on it are designed well so there's more surface to help keep it from just sinking in soft grass, but still be cautious. And, this will stand up on its own, even when its folded. This will really be helpful for us because my husband is getting to the age where standing for long periods starts to hurt his hip, but he doesn't want to call attention to himself lugging around an actual chair when he just needs to sit for a few. I wish we had this when we waited in line to vote for hours! It would've been perfect because it's so simple and easy to move around, and doesn't take up any extra space than standing in line does. The seat is still big enough that you can sit on it at an angle that you can avoid the legs poking up into you. It says it holds up to 500 pounds and it might, I'm not sure, but I do know it holds about 350 with no problems, just keep in mind there is no back or arms if you need help to stand back up, like I do, then make sure you have someone or something else nearby to help you get back up. The quality on this is so much better than others we have, it justified the price, I really hope it holds up for a long time, I plan on getting a few more to give as gifts for friends who fish alot. As of now, I'm very happy with this, but if anything changes, I will update this review. I hope this info has been helpful.

It’s higher and bigger than I thought. It’s the size of a normal camping chair but just doesn’t have a back support or armrests. I still like it, don’t get me wrong, but if you’re trying to save space it won’t do much. It’s smaller than a normal chair when folded but just as heavy. The quality is great and the stool is very sturdy, easy to set up and fold. If this is exactly the style you’re looking for then I’d definitely recommend it. It’s comfortable to sit in both for me and my husband. It will fit a bigger bum too.

The padding on this chair is very nice and computable and your derrière will thank you if you need to sit on it for an extensive period. You can use this padded stool indoor or outdoor for gardening, camping, tailgating and other uses. The seat is 18” x 18” seating area and is 16” tall. Portable, leg tie to help store in the included shoulder carrying bag. Legs don’t lock in place. There's a storage net under the padded seat where you can store or hide some knickers knacks. The 4 legs are made of steel and can hold up to 500lbs but I’ve never had to put the much weight on it, although, I carefully stood on the fully opened stool and still felt solid. The product comes with the chair, a leg tie to grip and store the stool in the included carrying bag.
