I have tried many insoles...for knee pain issues and plantar fascitis and sweaty feet:🙃 These insoles took care of it all. There is air for my feet to breath, cushion for.my knee pain and support for Plantar fascitis...(you still need good sturdy shoes). I just walked around 100 miles over 10 days on the Camino de Santiago in spain with these inserts and I had no issues. I have two sets now and wear my Soloman hiking shoes at work with these inserts every day. They feel a little wierd at first and a little rough, but your feel will adjust and the feel good.

This product is 10/10. Easy follow-along instructions are provided. These insoles are exactly what I needed; they provide comfort and support! If you need insoles, do your feet a favor and buy these from Pad!t.

So I bought these and initially thought they felt super weird and would cause pain. 10 min in, yea, felt like crap. 20 min in, hmmmm these aren’t as bad as I thought but still not that great. 30 min in, wait I have insoles in? By hour 5, my feet have never felt better. These are fantastic.

These are the most comfortable shoe insoles I’ve ever had! I’m a nurse and on my feet for 12-13 hrs a day, so these are a real lifesaver. 10/10 recommend.
