We needed some extra bibs for our toddler because inevitably when we needed one it was always in the sink waiting to be washed. I didn't notice these said "lightweight" when I ordered them and at first I was kind of concerned how thin they were, but once we used them I was actually very pleased with the flexibility and that they're lighter. We have some very similar bibs that are thicker and I feel like those thicker ones get in the way when toddler is trying to eat. These wash up easily just like our other silicone bibs. The only small negative I noticed is you do have to be a lot more purposeful in securing the buttons because if they aren't 100% fully seated, they will slip back out.
