So disappointed. I spent over an hour putting this together, cut and blistered fingers because the Allen key is so small. Literally I come to the final step and quickly realize that the arm meant to keep the lid up as well as not allow it to slam down doesn’t have the pieces attached to the box on right. The lid can only be installed one way as the holes are all pre drilled yet the attachments are on the opposite sides. So do I take it apart and try to send it back or live with it? Ffs

Vous aviser que même si il a une toile à l’intérieur, il n’est pas complètement imperméable, étanche ,à l’intérieur de la toile. Il est cependant bien beau mais pas très pratique pour y laisser coussins et serviettes de piscine lorsqu’il pleut

Arrived today, I spent a LONG time meticulously following very ambiguous instruction to assemble it only to find that it is missing screws, the connection to open and close the box from the inside is incorrectly assembled - on opposite. sides of the box. it is totally rickety and one leg is shorter than all of the others.Defiantly not water tight.One person sitting on it would very likely collapse the box- why on earth do you suggest it as a seat for "two persons AT LEAST" (deux persons mimimum)!Since there is nobody to email I will address the seller here:would you please send me (a) three large screws, (b) a lid with connection for the closing mechanism on the right hand side or a connection on part B., (c) something to prop up the one short leg.... if not, kindly, come to collect your "patio storage box".

The lid doesn't fully close, it stays open 2-3 inches, definitely not weather proof as its just a basket weave design so rain and bugs will be able to get inside, already has rust, it's simple assembly but instructions aren't precise enough to clarify between left and right sides. A bit overpriced for the quality. Will only last maybe 1-2 years outside unless you get a cover for rain and snowIt looks ok but functionality will be limited

Just received and put together pretty quickA few things though - get yourself the screwdriver -hex tip - it’ll go a lot faster and your hands and fingers won’t hurt - (oppose to using tool came with)All the panels for assembly are tagged with a letter(ABCEF) make sure ( mine was opposite)The side panel with the knob that goes to top(for closing hinge) B&C were tagged wrongOther then that it’ll store what I need .Pretty happy with it.

Great size for a condo balcony. The lid has a close assist to ensure you dont slam it. The cushion is a good addition for extra seating on the patio. Assembly was easy, the Allen key provided is not ideal but I used some tools I have at home. The liner IS NOT a cover, I'm reading other reviews stat ing the "cover" does not fit - but the "cover" is actually a liner that Velcros on the inside. Glad I made the purchase. It is perfect for what I needed.

This piece has great capacity - will fit all of our furniture covers easily. Fairly sturdy - can sit on it but not for a very heavy person, probably not more than one. A little chinsy on the wrap around the frame. Don't like the way the cushion is attached to the top-awkward. Some might find this hard to assemble with just an allen wrench - we used power tools - one hole did not line up.
