Tray is great item, especially with the snaps. BUT it was totally ruined by the engraving. I requested to have just the poem without the last line. So the last line was engraved "Love, No name just the saying". Totally misunderstood. And returns not accepted.

I only rated 4 stars because although it said it'd be here before Father's Day, it wasn't. The product itself is great though! Exactly as described and great quality. My husband loved it!

I clicked on the style and how I wanted it embroidered or embossed but I didn’t put the name in the name box that states optional. I thought it would come without the names of the children but still have the saying. Maybe I misread but didn’t see that anywhere.

I am so impressed with the quality of this! It’s absolutely perfect. No imperfections whatsoever. I had to contact customer service and modify a few words on the customization and they were very responsive and kind. They didn’t charge me when they should have because it was my fault. Customer service is top notch and quality is. That doesn’t happen often.
