Really nice free flowing fountain! All our 6 cats love it & we bought it primarily for our 16 year old, Snowshoe Pt Siamese that has kidney disease. One word of caution. We had to change the filter before the 30 days was up as the impellor & filter was clogged with cat hair & debris. If your pump starts slowing down best to check the inside parts that will need to cleaned properly. We could not get these filters at PetSmart so tried the company. They will not ship to Canada! They suggested Amazon.ca & there we found them. Thanks very much for a wonderful product. Our kitties give it 4 -paws up & we do too!

We’ve had both the brand name filters and the cheaper non-brand ones. Both work fine but these brand name ones definitely last longer than the others, so have ended up being more cost effective than the cheaper ones.

Très utile pour filtrer leau -le gout de leau du robinet (comme nos carafes) doit etre modifié car mes chats boivent beaucoup plus maintenant - retient les impuretés

I bought my deluxe fresh flow back in 2004 when I moved to Minnesota and had hard water. I used this with bottled water and the cats loved it. When I moved and no longer had hard water, I put it away. I recently found it boxed up in the garage and plugged it in. It was a huge hit with my cats but I didn’t have any filters. I found these and they work perfectly. They don’t have the outer plastic piece the originals had, but it slide right into place and soaking for 10 minutes (to remove lose charcoal). I’ll be buying this regularly.
