We didn't need a fancy audio/video monitor - just a simple "is the baby crying" monitor and this is more than adequate. Love that it lights up also in case you don't want the volume too high. Easy, clear and affordable.

Never disconnected or glitched so far, using it in a 3 bedroom apartment. Distance is not very far but few wall’s didn’t the signal.

I love how simple this design is and that the parent unit can take my own rechargeable batteries! It’s a hard feature to find. However, if I try to connect the parent unit from another floor of the house, it has a very difficult time connecting. This could be solved by using batteries and connecting while nearby, but it is a little annoying.

The page advertises 150 ft indoors, but we can't seem to get 6 feet on the other side of a stud wall. We've had this unit about a week and the parent speaker loses connection the moment its on the other side of a wall. In addition it provides no indication that the connection has been lost aside from going silent, so it's hard to notice there's an issue.

Really missing a sensitivity and a continuous play options. I also wished they used a usb-c connection for the power so it's easy to move around.

Awesome, amazing as I have an autistic son that needs to be monitored even throughout the night as he wakes up quite often. I am able to keep an ear open to all his needs whenever he requests assistance or is going through distress and needs the attention to manage his emotions. Additionally, if power is lost to the monitor in his room, the receiver will start beeping to notify you. It cannot connect and maintain the monitoring signal. This helps immensely because my son doesn’t always make a sound for the monitor to pick up. Awesome product and I would suggest it to anyone with kids or a situation that needs to be monitored .

Doesn’t charge our rechargeable batteries anymore. I checked the batteries to make sure they weren’t the problem, and they’re fine— so it’s definitely the monitor that’s not working. Only had it a few months, and of course it stops working a couple months after the deadline to be able to return it. Super annoying. Unless i can get a replacement for free I won’t be buying this brand again.

This product would frequently cut out, which did not allow me to hear my child, presenting a safety risk. When I contacted Philips, because it was over 30 days since purchase (approximately 50 days), they would not refund the money. The customer service experience was also not positive when attempting to deal with this situation. Very disappointed!
