Lo mejor es que tiene función de melodías y la opción de poner pilas - entonces en caso de fallas eléctricas - sigue funcionando.MUY BUEN PRODUCTO.

I’ve had this monitor for 4 years and it works fantastic! I love that it has a thermometer with warnings if the temp is too hot or cold(and the range can be adjusted). I like that we can have a fan on in the room and the monitor distinguishes between Baby and white noise.

Currently using this monitor for my baby. A week after purchase the battery life diminished a ton to the point where it needs to be plugged in all the time. Worse yet, it takes days to get to "full charge". Sound quality is good but the battery issue is disappointing and annoying.

El aparato funciona correctamente, la señal nunca se pierde dentro de la casa, la batería dura varias horas aunque si recomiendo que se apague cuando no se use por que si no al cabo de 8 horas de dejarlo prendido ya se acabo la pila. El volumen es ajustable y el sonido es bastante claro. Tiene una función de seguridad así que si se acaba la pila o se pierde la señal suena una alarma en el receptor. La luz y la música casi no la usamos pero funcionan bien.

This is my second unit. We have one for each child and I bought this because of the absolutely fantastic range on this thing! We can be outside gardening or playing with our toddler and we’re at the firepit in the evenings while the kids sleep and have reception everywhere! Both monitors next to each other with peace of mind! Its great for camping too! The best audio monitor out there.

Horrible. The 'talk' feature of the parent unit to baby is clear and loud, but the sound of baby unit to parent unit (which is clearly the more important of the two) is brutal, cannot hear a thing. Charged it full when I got it, tried it out once and battery already read low, might be a faulty one but definitely going to return

Leí muchas opiniones, de verdad uno se pone como loco revisándolas porque ponen cosas que hace insegura la compra. En este caso en especial resulto de maravilla. Si, si te acercas con el monitor hace un ruido molesto, pero a quien le importa, el aparato está pensado para que estén lejos uno del otro.Tiene un micrófono súper poderoso, de verdad es espectacular, escuchas hasta el último eructo de tu hijo. El único problema que le veo, de verdad es minúsculo, es mas, no es problema, solo no tiene caso. La luz no sirve para nada jajajajaja, digo, se ve bonita, cute, pero de funcionalidad no tiene ni un gramo.Salvo ese minúsculo problema (al final estás comprando monitor, no una lámpara de oscuridad) el producto me ha sido de gran utilidad.

I am a research junky when it comes to baby gear, after finally choosing an audio only monitor I combed over reviews for hours before coming to buy this great model.We have had this monitor for over a year and concluded the following- great range and clarity, we let our little one sleep in the house and work in the garden in the backyard and have no issues with range- If you are out of range it will notify you- temperature function is key to keeping your little one happy, we can quickly assess if the room is too hot or cold at a quick glance- battery life is top notch, works for about 20 hrs without needed to be charged- we really liked the fact it had battery backup in case of a power outage- very simple to link, just turn both units on-very secure network- night light feature is nice warm/soft lightCons- using the 'walkie talkie' feature isn't the greatest as the volume on the child unit is quite loud- music programmed in is a bit cheesy and in my opinion not very comforting. I would prefer waves/nature sounds versus computer lullabiesAs you can see we are really happy with our purchase although this isn't the cheapest audio monitor on the market in my opinion its the best, you get what you pay for in this product

We bought this monitor for our second child after using a much cheaper monitor with the first. The audio quality is amazing compared to standard baby monitors. You can hear everything clearly. The two way talk feature is nice for quick questions if my spouse is in with the baby and I need an answer to something. The night light in the base is pretty much useless though. It doesn't give off enough light to see anything. At best it just lets you see where the base is in a room that's completely dark. The battery life isn't as good as our older cheaper monitor but it will last a day without needing to be recharged and it recharges quickly so battery life isn't really an issue with a little forethought.

We're quite happy with this so far, but our baby is only 4 weeks old. Higher maximum handset volume would be nice; but since you can wear the handset around your neck (with the provided strap) it's not a big deal if you're out in the yard doing yardwork; just remember if you set it down 20-30 feet away from yourself that it will be a bit harder to hear. We currently have the base unit set up approximately 6 feet from our baby and are able to hear her (and anything else in the room) clearly. Range and clarity is quite excellent on the handset, they weren't joking. Great if you have an acre or two of land.The battery for the handset is a 'custom' battery, so if it does permanently die in a few years you will need to find an equivalent - it's basically just two AA batteries in a small plastic case with one end sealed by plastic (encasing the metal bar between the batteries' terminals). Battery life is currently excellent on the handset, please note that Philips recommends a few charge/discharge cycles for optimal lifespan; and also charge before your first use. The base can take 4 non-rechargeable AA batteries of your choice in the event of a power outage so that you can still monitor your baby. Temperature sensor function works as advertised; with temperature displayed on your handset. The night light on the base is of trivial brightness, but a nice touch, and does provide some illumination in an otherwise pitch-black room.edit : Updated Jan 9, 2016. Short version : I don't think the battery meter on the handset is quite as accurate at representing the charge level as it could be.We've noticed that if you use the handset for a couple of hours each day and don't charge it, the battery may suddenly die despite the unit showing "3 bars (full)" when powered on. We got a bit complacent with the handset charging due to the runtime being so long and the meter saying that the battery was in good shape. So, I'd probably recommend charging the unit every couple of days if you're using it sporadically - just to keep the battery topped off. If you're using it heavily on a daily basis (hours and hours), charge it daily.
