Works great, not too loud, I always have headphones on when I use it and it doesn't bother me at all.There is no warning for when it needs charging but aside from that it's perfect!

This gem is truly brilliant! Anyone who is suffering from hot flashes or heat exhaustion flashbacks this device is amazingly helpful. Has 3 speeds, however I personally find the lowest setting works just fine for me. It is relatively light weight, flexible to fit around any neck size and isn't too loud to bother sensitive ears. My only caveat is that the USB charging cord is a little short (about 9-10 inches) I would definitely recommend!.

Finally after ordering 3 different ones this is most quiet. Not as bulky and a little lighter on the neck. The back neck air is a nice addition and will see how it works out , as it is not full holes only 2 smaller ones just off the center of neck. Side ones each side are perfect. I will do a further review upon use.

I have seen ads for this type of product for years, And just assumed that they didn't work or that my hair would get caught in it. This summer has been so hot. I bought one. It has been an absolute game changer! When I get overheated, I get grumpy and almost panicky, like a claustrophobic feeling. I put this miraculous thing on the back of my neck and I literally can feel my mood change! I feel like buying one for all of my perimenopausal friends ha ha!

Great fan, quiet compared to cheaper neck fan previously bought, which I hated. Current charging port ( same as newer android cell phone) This is so satisfying to use throughout the day suffering "Hot Flashes". This 50+ lady gives this 5 stars, you have to own one during menopause! Seriously! My 3rd Spring/Summer wearing one at work. Usually only need low seting for 5 to 10 minutes at a time, charge lasts for days on low setting, intermittent use. I spent less than half this price last time, I won't do that again. Spend the money, this is so reasonable for how valuable the comfort of it is!!

Its not very powerful but still produce lot of noise around the neck, the build quality of this neck fan is low. For this price point, i dont recommend..
