I got this footwork training mat to help with my son basketball workouts, It’s super easy to roll out and use anywhere—at home, in the gym, or even outside. The non-slip surface is great, and it really stays in place while he is doing fast footwork drills.What I like most is how quiet it is, even on hardwood floors. It doesn’t slide around and feels stable underfoot, which helps with confidence during quick movements. This is a 2mm neoprene mat, typical rubber on one side and smooth fabric on the other one. This is similar to some mouse pads and card plying mat. This is not 0.3cm as per specifications.There is a nice seam around the mat, better than a plain cut border.The mat stays in place nicely, but I would only use it over plain solid surface, not outside or over carpets.I use it for practicing my taekwondo kicks. It is good for that duty even when the kicks require moving a little. The feet turn easily and this reduced the impact a little. I was planning to use it for my stretching, but I find it a little thin and still use my thicker exercise mat.

My daughter and her friends love and play basketball. This is the perfect practice companion.I was able to simply YouTube different exercises /drills and this helps to know where the ball should be going. It's also great for beginners who are starting from scratch and want to practice simple techniques.The mat itself is great quality, kind of heavy and very durable. The printing seems strong, so I don't think it will wear off any time soon.I'd happily recommend, especially to kids who want to practice fundamentals.

I like this mat a lot:• The main body appears neoprene that has been modified to have an integrated non-slip bottom..• The grip it has on the floor will exceed your expectations.• The edges are finished both top and bottom to increase durability.• It’s thick enough to provide some sound dampening but thin enough not to impede the bounce of the ball.• It will roll up easily so you can carry it or store it compactly. The carrying strap is convenient.• Graphics are sharp and lively.• At $30, the price is in line with what it should be.

This is a nice lightweight but heavy duty mat for practicing basketball drills.My son was super excited to start practicing with it. The only thing is I wish it would come with a book or maybe a link to some videos for some drills. We found some on YouTube but they're all for different types of mats and it would be cool if this one just came with some guidance on what you can do to improve your game with this mat.

I docked this product one star because I really wish that it came with some drills or links to drills and specific things that can be done with the mat. Love the mat, it's a good size, is a good material that doesn't slip on the floor. My son is very happy with it.
